“The course covered all the key areas covered by the PMP certification test. The sample questions were helpful, but difficult to work with. I prefer more immediate feedback and the ability to research/study during practice tests. Waiting until the end of a 200 question test did not work well for me. I chose not to purchase the paper materials. That was a mistake. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I prefer a book that I can highlight, tab and make notes in. Unfortunately, my application was audited by PMI, and I was delayed taking the certification test until after the audit was completed. The PMTI school worked with me by providing my training certificate immediately for the audit and extending my access to the training material until I could take the test. The customer service from PMTI was excellent and hassle-free.”
