MS Project Sever Strategy
Handling multiple projects requires more than a gut feeling, some project experience and a basic understanding of baselines and resource utilization. EPM requires a thorough understanding of multiple project interfaces, global templates, web-based project interface amongst team-members, information sharing and security and finally portfolio management. The bottom line is that EPM delivers tools and technology to the project managers that will truly increase their throughput. EPM allows for better time management, resource management and better accountability.
