The MS Project Server 2003 for Executives is a 2-Day course specifically designed for Executives and Senior Managers to interface with MS Project Server 2003 environment at a high level. The key emphasis of this course is on information and reports in the right format, with the right interpretation at the right time. An executive dashboard approach demonstrates the ease with which executives can interact with the project server environment as well as several key tools for portfolio analysis, earned value management analysis and key financial simulation and modeling. Executive requirements from a variety of projects were studied to create the right dashboards for executives.
