This course is appropriate for middle and upper management who wish to advance their knowledge and understanding of project risk management for practical application in the market place. Ideally, course takers should have previously passed the Project Management Institute's ("PMI") Project Management Professional ("PMP"), or similar exam, and/or have significant experience in running projects.
